Short-Term Volunteer Opportunities
Want to volunteer at a place which is legitimate and the real deal? We truly need you!
C.A.R.E. is run by volunteers from the bottom to the top and every day volunteers truly help and really do make a positive difference. Volunteers are the backbone of the organisation and make a massive positive impact on the welfare of so many animals and their conservation as a whole.
We would be so grateful for your helping hands and appreciate your interest – we always need volunteers to assist with raising the orphan babies and enhancing the lives and welfare of the adults! Please download our 2020 Volunteer Guide to learn all about who we are and what you will be doing at C.A.R.E. as a volunteer.
“We, the C.A.R.E. team, would love to welcome you to join us as an important volunteer.
Please come and help us on our mission to rescue, rehabilitate, provide sanctuary and release animals. Give yourself the opportunity to get to know such a misunderstood species. Prepare for the baboons to get under your skin and Africa to get into your blood.
Your life will be changed forever; many suddenly find their horizons boundless, priorities shifted and not only can Africa make a positive impact on your life; you can be the positive difference to the lives of so many too.”
Read the Volunteer Guide and Pre-requisites then don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions. Use the form on the left and it will come directly to us, or if you prefer write to us; info@primatecare.org.za.
If you are more interested in a longer-term role (+3 months) please visit the Longterm C.A.R.E. Volunteer page.
